Fees and Payment

The cost of our services comprises a call-out charge plus the price of the tyre(s) required for your vehicle. Upon requesting our services, we will provide you with a quotation reflecting these costs, alongside any additional charges if applicable. Payments accepted include cash, credit card, or debit card.

Should our technicians be unable to complete the job due to circumstances such as the provision of an incorrect tyre size by the customer, issues with rounded nuts, or the absence of a locking wheel nut, the call-out charge will still apply. If additional services are needed to break or remove a locking wheel nut, further charges will be incurred.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Deposits

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

Upon booking our services and paying a deposit, you are accepting these terms and conditions, and the deposit is non-refundable.

Liability
